These terms apply to all users of the site, the domain bymouche.com and all sub-domains. The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Ark Concepts AB (may be referred to as ‘us’‘ARK’ and ‘ARK & Friends’) and visits to the site. ARK reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
When using ARK's Website and/or placing an order on ARK's Website you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
Until ARK receive full payment all items are considered property of ARK. Frauds and suspected frauds will be reported to the police. ARK have the right to cancel any order where a fraud is suspected.
All minors need approval of a parent and/or guardian to shop at mouchecollective.com.
We do everything we can to present colors as true as possible, though we cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor. ARK cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Although ARK strives to always display correct texts, images, pricing and inventory on the site and in the webshop, error may occur. ARK use several different systems for sizes, depending on the origin of the item including french, italian and american (amongst other). If you're uncertain about the size, send an email to email@example.com.
Newly produced products at mouchecollective.com include 25% swedish VAT, vintage clothes and vintage interior do not include swedish VAT. Incorrect prices may occur.
ARK accept payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express Paypal and Klarna.
If you pay with card the total amount will be reserved immediately after placing your order. We do not charge you any extra fees when you pay with VISA, MasterCard or American Express. We do our best to make our site as secure as possible, therefore all card transactions are encrypted and handled through our partner NETS. For security reasons we do not store any information about your card in our database.

ARK use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. ARK’s webshop uses SSL Certificates, which secures communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. Pages where sensitive information is transferred are secure. You can easily check if a page is secure in the address field of your browser. Web addresses usually begins with ‘http://’, whereas secure web addresses begin with ‘https://’. ‘S’ assure you the page is secure.
Gift vouchers bought at ARK can be used in our webshop as well as in store. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from point of purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money. If you return an item purchased with a voucher you will receive a voucher of the same total amount as the item you return.
When you place your order and accept our Terms and Conditions you agree to pay full price of the order to ARK. ARK can not guarantee that all items included in the ARK webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event of a backorder, we will contact you shortly by phone or email. In any case where ARK can not deliver your order according to order confirmation email you will get the chance to either adjust or cancel your order. You can place an order in ARK’s webshop at any time, we aim to ship all order within 24 hours on business days. For further information see ‘delivery’.
Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation
Please note that items in your cart are only reserved for a short while. Your order is not complete until you have purchased the order at checkout and received order confirmation. Shortly afterwards an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered in the checkout. The order confirmation email is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order, it is not an acceptance of your order. However, when we accept your order and receive full payment the confirmation email becomes your warranty.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation will be sent with all relevant information about your order. You will receive a tracking link from PostNord in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking link, please contact us and we will help you.
We ship all orders with PostNord, orders normally leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Please note that shipping times may be affected during peak periods. ARK take all the responsibility in case your parcel is lost and/or damaged on its way to you. If you return your order you are responsible. The cost for standard shipping for small parcels (e.g clothes, beauty products, shoes, accessories) within Sweden is 49 SEK, within Europe the cost is 250 SEK. Your order will be delivered to a pick-up point close to your address. If you for some reason do not collect your order ARK will charge you 200 SEK to cover our expenses.
For shipping information and estimated delivery cost of bigger items (e.g furniture) please contact us. Note that ARK is a showroom, therefore we are not responsible for delivery and/or delivery time of bigger items. Before placing your order of a bigger item, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or phone and we will provide you with needed information(delivery time, further information about product and our partner’s contact details.
If ARK can not deliver your order before the date of which you should receive your order we will contact you by phone or email with further information and new estimated time of delivery. As a customer you can always cancel your order if delays occur.
Pick up in store
You can always pick up your order free of charge in the store (Norra Hamngatan 10, Gothenburg). Notify us via email or give us a call if you want to collect your order in store.
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days after receiving the delivery (return must be shipped by day 14). The package may be opened upon receipt but all items returned must be unused (in the same condition received). All original packaging must also be returned unused. Sales items may not be exchanged.
Exchanges can only be made within 14 days after receiving the delivery for the same model and will be subject to stock-availability at the time your return is received at our warehouse. No additional shipping costs or returns fee will be applied for exchanges.
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your item:
- Place the items that you want to return in the original package
- Fill out the return form, put it in the box and attach the PostNord return label on top of the box. If you do not have a return label contact our customer support at email@example.com
- Leave the parcel at your closest PostNord service point.
Please retain a copy of your return receipt from PostNord in case anything should happen during the return process. For more information about PostNord services and service points, please visit postnord.se.
We will make a refund when we receive the item in original condition. In cases where the item is not in its original condition a refund is not guaranteed in any form. The amount is usually transferred to your account within 5-10 business days. Possible shipping fee will not be refunded.
Receiving a faulty item
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) customers are entitled to complain about faulty items within three years. Please note that normal wear and tear do not constitute a faulty item. Customer should notify ARK within reasonable time from first purchase. To be clear, two to six months is always reasonable. Note: You should always contact ARK for approval before sending your item. ARK’s return labels should be used, if you do not have one we will give you a new one.
After we have received your item and approved your complaint a refund will be made, normally within 5-10 business days.
If your parcel is damaged, including the packaging, you should report it immediately to the service point. In these cases you do not have to accept the delivery. Damages that cannot be seen from the outside should be reported to our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. Always save the original packaging. If possible, please take a photo of the damage.
If you are missing a parcel in your order this should be reported immediately to the service point.
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the most utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing opportunities related to the different divisions of ARK Concepts AB. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. When registering with the site, you have the option not to receive any information from ARK. If you wish to end your ARK subscription, you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org State your name and email address and a short description of the matter in the email message.
You have the right to review your information on file at any time. This can be accessed by emailing email@example.com If the data is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. ARK reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected.
In order to give you the best service possible, following data will be saved when making a purchase.
• Phone Number
In case of Force Majeure, ARK’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and ARK can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or ARK. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, ARK will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
The site may contain links to other websites beyond our reach. We cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such sites.
Cookies are used on the site to improve your browsing experience. In addition to use for statistical purposes, cookies identifies your computer and allows the site to recall your personal settings. You browser can be set to send a notification when a cookie is activated. This allows you to deny use of this cookie or to delete the cookie at the end of your visit. The web shop cannot be accessed if cookies are disabled.
